Tom is one of our porters and has only been with us a short period of time but has picked up the job really quickly. He has a really positive attitude, and his confidence has grown massively. He is really great with guests, has helped train others and is always approachable. He is an unsung hero of the smooth sailing of the day to day running of Moor Hall!
