The Charter Suite is the perfect room for dinner dances for up to 180 people and large celebrations of up to 250 guests.

Our elegant large banqueting room has its own direct entrance from the car park and a separate bar and surrounding conservatory. The stunning room is decorated in soft greys and golds and matches any colour scheme. Table centres can be highlighted by pools of light from overhead spotlights.

For extra versatility, the Charter Suite divides into two sections - the Sutton and Vesey.

The stylish Charter Bar is a spacious area with its own direct access from the car park and private bar.

It is furnished in soft greys and gold with elegant high backed chairs and has access to the conservatory.

Up to 50 guests

The Bracebridge Room is a spacious first-floor room and is bright and airy.

The two large picture windows provide great views of the surrounding parkland and golf course. This room is a great choice for private dinners, baby showers and christenings.

Up to 40 guests

Located on the first floor, the spacious and elegant Wentworth overlooks the front of the hotel.

Up to 20 guests

The Hartopp Room is a light and airy first floor room and a popular choice for baby showers and private dining.

The large windows offer great views of the surrounding parkland.

The Longmoor Room is an elegant room on the first floor.

It overlooks the gounds and is a great choice for private dinners, baby showers and family celebrations.

The Country Kitchen is the perfect place to celebrate a family birthday or occasion.

We can offer semi-private dining in the Keepers section of the restaurant for up to 30 guests.

The Oak Room restaurant is an elegant room with original oak panneling, open fireplaces and stunning views across the surrounding parkland.

We can offer semi private dining of up to 30 people in the Wyndley section of The Oak Room - great for birthday celebrations. We would also recommend the use of our Ladywood Room (behind the Lounge Bar) for pre-dinner drinks for your guests.

The Ladywood is a sophisticated, ground-floor room furnished with plush leather chairs, oak panelling and low tables.

It is located behind the Lounge Bar and has its own direct access to the terrace and lawns. We recommend the use of The Ladywood for pre-dinner drinks before dining in The Oak Room.

Enjoy a cosy indoor dining experience in the beautiful parkland. 

Our dining dome is located on the lawns with stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding parklands and woodlands. It comes equipped with indoor heating, LED lights and power sockets for you to play your own music. A great choice for afternoon tea and dinner celebrations for up to 10 people.
