Host Your Event at Moor Hall

Our stay was picture perfect! Amazing room, views and such welcoming staff. Staff were so helpful with myself and my partner, helping him with our proposal and making the day so special for us. The reception staff, servers in our private room were amazing and couldn’t wish for anything more. Staff were so happy and excited for our engagement. This wasn’t our first stay and definitely won’t be our last, if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would!

Thank you to the lovely team who helped make the day so special for my Nan's celebration of life. Shout out to Troy for going above and beyond - it’s rare to find such tentative and caring staff. He really is a credit to the place.
Also, the roast dinner was incredible, the cocktails and wine selections that Troy recommended were fantastic and all the staff were so lovely.
A final thank you to Mark for allowing us to release the doves in the ground and allowing us to sing our Nan's favourite hymns and songs in the Wyndley suite (a truly gorgeous room).

Booked afternoon tea for 12 of us to celebrate my sisters baby shower. It was one of the best experiences I have had and everyone was really pleased with the service and attentiveness provided. We were given our own private room with 2 ladies on hand were absolutely brilliant, Amy and Alex I think. A very enjoyable afternoon with lovely food too...my favourite being the macarons. There were a few dietary requirements between us which were fully catered for too. We had my 13 year old niece who wanted hot chocolate instead of tea and coffee which was happily provided so she was pleased too. We can't wait to return to Moor Hall!

We chose Moor Hall for Sunday Lunch for 45 relatives to celebrate my 70th Birthday. We were able to use the Oak Room and this was absolutely perfect. Guests were welcomed in a room adjoining the Bar and this worked very well. Also Moor Hall laid on sandwiches for people staying overnight.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event. Kym did a very professional job organising the event and producing a Table Plan and Place Cards. Troy was an excellent manager on the day and all the staff at Moor Hall were very friendly and helpful. We have had some lovely positive comments from our guests about the event, the venue and the food. We don't know how the kitchens managed to produce such lovely food whilst they were dealing with a kitchen refurbishment- full marks to them.

We will have no hesitation in recommending Moor Hall to others for a special celebration.

I have used the hotel several times as a venue for celebration or following a funeral and always had excellent service from the staff and good food at buffet in a hired room. The rooms are traditional with wooden paneling and windows and doors out onto verandah or patio overlooking the golf course and grounds. Very pleasant peaceful surroundings. I cannot speak for bedrooms and accommodation as have not used these. Have no hesitation in recommending the facilities

We held a family member's 70th birthday meal in the Oak Room at Moor Hall today and we had an amazing time. Leika handled our booking superbly and Troy and his team looked after us at our function. The service from Troy was exceptional. Many thanks to you all.
