We had a lovely stay for our 25th Wedding anniversary. Jacuzzi was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable. Evening 3 course meal and breakfast were very good. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We've stayed here several times and it never fails to provide good food and service at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, happy and helpful. The rooms spotless, beds comfortable and there is plenty of parking. The grounds are spacious and well kept. Look forward to the next visit!

I stayed overnight with my sister as a birthday treat for her. She and myself enjoy our stay. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. Service was welcoming with lovely friendly staff. We had an evening 3 course meal and breakfast the next morning which was also excellent! The grounds are pretty and a trail lit up at night to walk through. Will definitely returning again.

Had a lovely afternoon tea and stay over with my mom who was celebrating her 85th birthday. Everything classy and elegant. Staff serving afternoon tea and breakfast particularly courteous. Nothing was too much bother. Will definitely be returning.

The hotel offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay, be it business or leisure. I was met on rather rainy evening by a very pleasant person on the check which really set the tone for my stay. Every staff member i encountered was positively polite and extremely helpful. My room had a coziness to it, enhanced by the free biscuits and hot chocolate which definitely had me forget the weather. A decent smelling hair/ body wash and good size shower really make a difference. Add in the comfy bed, iron, with board, free wifi and decent size TV and you have a room that you enjoy spending time in. I dined in the Country Kitchen which offers a 3 course dinner form a selection of carvery dishes and daily Chiefs specials. The food was superb, complement's to the chief, and would not disappoint those with a classic pallet or those who like to try something new. I'm really struggling to find any negatives as to be honest there wasn't. At a push I would say that the car park can be very busy at times and if needed a overflow which is a bit further from the hotel is a option. But to be honest, that is just a indication of how popular this place is!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the food was lovely too, I have a dairy allergy and the staff in the restaurant couldn’t have looked after me any better, the evening meal was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding, I was very happy with the way I was catered for.

Perfect relaxing break for Husbands birthday. Staff were all very friendly, little attentive touches made the difference. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds & we hope to visit again in warmer weather!! Food in the country kitchen was nicely presented, in plentiful supply & again staff were helpful.

We arrived with such a warm welcome from Reception, the lady explained in full what time breakfast and our evening meal was throughout the hotel.. We stayed at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa for 1 night for a double birthday celebration. Our Junior room was absolutely stunning! It was extremely clean and fresh. We loved every moment of our stay! The grounds of the hotel were amazing, we have some amazing photos!
We will be going back. Highly recommend the hotel ! Our evening meal and breakfast was delish !

Faultless stay from start to finish. Rooms were decorated to a good standard, beds very comfortable. Food was absolutely delicious and lots of choice. The grounds here are beautiful and the hotel felt very festive with fairy lights, nicely decorated Christmas trees.
Staff were all very attentive, we received 5 star service. A special thanks to Rachael who insisted on carrying my case down the stairs (I have Arthritis ) It's those little touches that make me want to return again and again. Thank you Moor Hall for another great stay. Cant wait for next time!
