Our Leisure Club & Spa Manager, Matt Warland's passion for fitness started at an early age and he studied Health & Fitness at university. He enjoys advising on all aspects of fitness and nutrition.
Connor is a high intensity personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry all of his life with his family owning a gym and he has a wide range of knowledge.
Connor's favourite part of the job is seeing people reach their goals and gain confidence while doing it. He specialises in muscle gain and toning as well as general weight loss for all ages.
Elle is a sports specific personal trainer with 5 years' experience in the industry, including power lifting. She has previously been a keen football and ice hockey player and is now a qualified fitness instructor.
Elle's favourite part of her job is seeing the transformation and progressions with her clients and changing their physique for good. She strives to help women who are looking to loose a considerable amount of weight.
Paul has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He first became interested in fitness when he started martial arts in his teenage years.
Paul is focused on the health benefits of fitness rather than the aesthetics and his areas of expertise are sports injury rehabilitation and core stability.
Meet Callum, a dedicated fitness instructor with a background as a musculoskeletal clinician at the NHS and experience working for a semi-professional football club. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and athletic insight, Callum is committed to helping members achieve their own personal goals and overall wellness.
