Discover the magic of beekeeping at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa!

Includes an overnight stay, beekeeping experience with local beekeeper, jar of honey and bee hotel to take home, £36 per person dinner allowance in the Oak Room Brasserie, access to the spa facilities and full English breakfast. 

Keeping bees has become very popular in recent years and our Beekeeping Experience is a great way to get up close to bees and learn everything there is to know about beekeeping from our expert local beekeeper. 

An overnight stay in a standard room
A beekeeping experience with our local beekeeper. This includes a presentation about beekeeping and then a visit to the hives (about 2 miles away). The beekeeper will show you how to inspect two colonies of bees.

The beekeeping experience includes 2 to 3 hours with our local beekeeper
To visit the hives it is a 2 mile journey to a farm shop and café
All beekeeping protective equipment is provided
Access to the spa facilities is from 3pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure*

*Please be aware that if you are staying at the hotel and wish to use the pool (including spa bath, sauna and steam room) during your stay at our peak times of Friday, Saturday & Sunday afternoons from 3pm and Sunday mornings from 9am to 12pm you will be required to book a timeslot. Timeslots are used to control the number of guests in the pool area so it doesn't become overcrowded. If you are planning to use the pool outside of these times, there is no need to book a timeslot.
