The Leisure Club at Moor Hall offers a wide range of fitness classes throughout the day, 7 days a week. Our classes are led by our qualified fitness instructors who can give advice on how to make the class more suitable for any fitness level.

We hope you like the updated class timetable which includes some new exciting classes including Kettlebells, Outdoor Bootcamp and Tai Chi.
Mondays at 6.15; Tuesdays at 6pm; and Thursdays at 7.15pm.
This total body workout will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning using dynamic, total body movements. This class will help strengthen your core and improve posture, while stripping body fat.
Saturday at 9am
A fun way to burn calories and tone the whole body. Lots of body weight exercises, fun games and races for all ages. Taking place on the lawns at the front of Moor Hall.
Thursdays at 2pm
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
