Other benefits of booking direct are access to all room types (our hot tub rooms are only available when you book directly) and all direct bookings have complimentary access to our leisure facilities which include gym, indoor pool, spa bath and steam room (guests who book via booking.com etc are charged £10 per person per day to use these facilities).
