Peak Times:
Hotel guests wishing to use the pool (including spa bath, sauna and steam room) during peak times (Friday and Saturday afternoons from 3pm, and Sunday from 9am to 12pm) must book a one-hour slot. This helps prevent overcrowding. Booking isn't required outside these times. Please call the spa on 314 to book.
Free car parking is available on-site for hotel guests.
We have 4 electric car rapid charging points. To pay and charge your car please download the Charge Assist app. You will need your own Type 2 cable. There is a £1.50 admin fee to use the EVC and then 65p kwh.
Your room will be serviced each day, unless you display a Do Not Disturb sign on your door handle.

Please remember to deposit your key card at Reception before leaving the hotel.

Complimentary emergency toiletries (shaving kits, toothbrushes and toothpaste) are available at any time from Reception.
As part of our commitment to reduce waste we have installed soap, shampoo and body wash dispensers in guest bathrooms. A vending machine for ladies’ sanitary items and tights is located in the disabled toilets by Reception.
There is a personal safe in your room; items of high value should be offered to Reception for deposit in the main safe and a receipt will be issued.
A bathrobe is provided in the wardrobe in superior rooms for use during your stay. Should you wish buy a robe to take home they are available from Reception at £30 each.

The hotel is entirely non smoking and for the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not allowed in the bedrooms (a £150 fine will apply if this policy is not observed). There are designated smoking areas outside the Lounge Bar and at the bottom of the path leading from the Conservatory.

For urgent medical healthcare that isn't life-threatening please dial the free NHS number 111. The nearest hospital is Good Hope Hospital which is a 6 minute drive and the nearest pharamcy is Ashfurlong which is a 3 minute drive / 10 minute walk across the traffic lights on Tamworth Road.
