Dining at Moor Hall

Absolutely lovely stay.
Beautiful meal in the Oak Room. Such a lovely experience can't wait for our next visit. The food was well worth the money and absolutely delicious.

We want to thank you for the delicious Sunday lunch we had yesterday in the Country Kitchen. The food was extremely tasty and we enjoyed the choices that were available. The Chef and the waitresses were very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely visit again very soon.

My wife and I dined in the Brasserie for Father's Day and I can honestly say it's one of the finest dining experiences my wife and I have ever had.
The service by the restaurant manager and her young staff was outstanding, the young waiting staff were exemplary and they are a credit to their generation.
I had the Sea Bass and my wife had the sliced Rib of Beef and we couldn't fault it. Cooked to perfection, they just melted in the mouth.
Thank you all once more for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Eleven of us had a fabulous meal at the Oak Room for a family gathering. The food was beautifully presented and everyone had something different; fish, steak, chicken pie - all were so tasty and the starters were amazing!

An excellent Sunday dinner experience. All the three courses of the meal were well presented and beautifully cooked. There were plenty of choices. All the staff members were smartly dressed and attentive.

This was my Dads 98th birthday party. Libby & the team responded BRILLIANTLY to ALL our needs, appearing seamlessly through the curtain in our private ‘snug’, at the just right moment. Undoubtedly a special family gathering. We’ll be back, next year, same time, same date!

Twelve friends and family celebrated my mothers 90th birthday here with afternoon tea and champagne.
We enjoyed the experience especially as we were the semi private space, which is part of the Oak Room.
We were really well looked after by the very attentive and kind Marjan.

The dining experience was exceptional and the food excellent. It was a family meal for my wife’s 25th birthday and the team went above and beyond. The food came quickly and was incredible. Especially the wagyu beef burger. It’s definitely worth a try!

The stand out for me was the food and the service by the staff in the Oak Brasserie. In particular the manageress called Marjan. She was outstanding. I would definitely go back.

Service from the team was amazing especially Troy who looked after us from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble for the 15 of us. The Sunday lunch was superb, so much delicious food, every course was beautifully presented. It really was a special day of celebration and was made even more special by all the staff. A big thank you to you all especially Troy. It was a day to remember.

We chose this hotel for our big birthday family get -together because it was easy to travel to for everyone , the Oak Room menu was ideal and available at the time we wanted to eat (early) and we could have one large table. The staff, especially the restaurant manager, were helpful, friendly and efficient. In fact we couldn't have wished for better attention and the food was delicious.

I booked Moor Hall as a surprise for my partner's birthday. From the time we arrived I must compliment all of the staff which made her birthday so special. There were complimentary birthday chocolates on a decorative plate with the wine in our room, which was a lovely surprise. Our evening meal was in The Oak Room Brasserie and the food was excellent. The young waitresses and manager are a credit to the hotel. The room we had was splendid and the breakfast staff again are a credit to the hotel.

We went here to celebrate my birthday and received a lovely card from the spa staff and received some surprise chocolate from the waiting staff after lunch. The spa treatment we had was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. We had a three course meal in the brassiere. The staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. The food was amazing we had a starter and a main, but we were both too full for pudding. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, so we were able to decide how much or how little we wanted. Again waiting staff were friendly and polite.
