Our Leisure Club & Spa Manager, Matt Warland's passion for fitness started at an early age and he studied Health & Fitness at university. He enjoys advising on all aspects of fitness and nutrition.
Paul has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He first became interested in fitness when he started martial arts in his teenage years.
Paul is focused on the health benefits of fitness rather than the aesthetics and his areas of expertise are sports injury rehabilitation and core stability.

Jasmine's favourite part of the job is witnessing members improve in fitness, well-being, and overall strength. She prioritises clients with long-term, achievable and progressive objectives.
Daniel has a diverse background and brings valuable experience to the team. His strong military background, which includes pre-parachute selection training, has further instilled discipline and resilience in his workout approach.

Outside the gym, Daniel stays active playing 5-a-side football, his favourite way to unwind and stay fit. He dedicates himself to providing a top-quality experience that makes you feel confident and comfortable as you pursue your fitness goals.
Lulu is a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for fitness and nutrition. She’s currently completing her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and enjoys weightlifting, yoga, basketball and running. Lulu brings a positive, balanced approach to her sessions and is a strong advocate for women’s mental health.
Lulu loves helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident. She’s especially passionate about supporting women on their fitness journeys, creating routines that are not only effective but empowering too.
