  Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is open daily. Reception operates 24 hours a day, Restaurant, bar and spa opening times vary – please check the relevant section of our website or contact us directly for up-to-date timings.

  Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all hotel and spa guests. Accessible parking bays are also available.

  We aim to ensure all guests have a comfortable visit. Moor Hall Hotel & Spa has accessible rooms, step-free access to key areas and dedicated facilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements.

• Are you dog friendly?

  We have a limited number of dog friendly rooms available, so you can bring your furry friend along for your stay.  To book please call 0121 308 3751 only. Booking on request only.

• Do you cater for group bookings and events?

  Absolutely. Moor Hall Hotel &; Spa offers event spaces ideal for weddings, conferences and private functions. Please contact our Events Team for more information or to arrange a viewing events@moorhallhotel

• What dining options are available at the hotel?

  The Oak Room Brasserie is open every evening from 6:30pm with a range of tasty dishes and the Country Kitchen carvery is open Sundays from 12pm to 4pm. For more casual dining our Lounge Bar 1905 is open every day. Our popular Afternoon Tea is also served every day from 1pm. Advance booking is recommended for our restaurants, especially during weekends and busy periods.

• Do you sell gift vouchers?

  Yes, gift vouchers are available for dining experiences, spa days, overnight stays, and more. They can be purchased online or at Reception.

• How do I get to Moor Hall Hotel & Spa via public transport?

  We are located near Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. The nearest train station is Four Oaks and local bus services stop nearby. Taxis are readily available from Sutton Coldfield town centre. We also use Star Cars 0121 373 1111.

• Can I explore the grounds and gardens?

  Yes, our guests are welcome to enjoy the landscaped gardens and grounds of the hotel.
  It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful walk or photo opportunity.

• Is there a dress code at the hotel or restaurants?

  Smart casual attire is encouraged in our restaurants, especially in the Oak Room Brasserie.

• Are children welcome at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa?

  Yes, families and children are welcome. However, please note that some spa facilities have age restrictions.
