Join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating Face Yoga workshop designed to help you look and feel your very best. This relaxing yet effective session combines facial exercise, massage and holistic wellbeing techniques to naturally sculpt, tone and revitalise your skin.

 

What You’ll Learn

During the workshop, you’ll be guided through: 
Facial Exercises – Strengthening and toning the cheek, eye and neck muscles to gently lift and sculpt the face.
Massage Techniques – Lymphatic drainage movements and circulation-boosting massage to encourage a healthy, radiant glow. Acupressure – Targeted pressure points to help relieve facial tension and reduce headaches. 
Breathing & Relaxation – Deep breathing exercises to lower stress levels and support overall skin health.
Holistic Wellness – Positive affirmations and confidence-boosting techniques to enhance your natural glow from within.

Temple Spa face cream will be provided during the session. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please bring your own suitable product. Guests are asked to bring their own mirror for the workshop.
