Our friends at Sound Healing Heaven are bringing a deeply relaxing studio sound bath experience to Moor Hall Hotel.

A sound bath is a calming session where you simply lie back and let the soothing tones of crystal bowls wash over you. Held in our peaceful studio space, you’ll relax on a comfortable air bed while resonant sounds and gentle vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage deep relaxation.
