This exercise improves your posture, strengthens your core and enhances muscular endurance.
How to Do It:
Find a sturdy bar to support your weight, position yourself underneath it with your arms extended to grasp the bar.
Your body should be a straight line from head to heels. Grab the bar with both hands, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Pull your body towards one hand while keeping the other arm straight, this mimics the action of drawing a bow.
At the top of the movement, squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold for a moment. Aim for 8-12 repetitions on each side.
Slowly increase the height to increase difficulty as your skills progress.
