Our Leisure Club & Spa Manager, Matt Warland's passion for fitness started at an early age and he studied Health & Fitness at university. He enjoys advising on all aspects of fitness and nutrition.
Connor is a high intensity personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry all of his life with his family owning a gym and he has a wide range of knowledge.
Connor's favourite part of the job is seeing people reach their goals and gain confidence while doing it. He specialises in muscle gain and toning as well as general weight loss for all ages.
Elle is a sports specific personal trainer with 5 years' experience in the industry, including power lifting. She has previously been a keen football and ice hockey player and is now a qualified fitness instructor.
Elle's favourite part of her job is seeing the transformation and progressions with her clients and changing their physique for good. She strives to help women who are looking to loose a considerable amount of weight.
Paul has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He first became interested in fitness when he started martial arts in his teenage years.
Paul is focused on the health benefits of fitness rather than the aesthetics and his areas of expertise are sports injury rehabilitation and core stability.
Callum is a well-being and fitness focussed level 3 Personal Trainer with 10 years' experience in the fitness industry. He is keen on football, taking Circuit and HIIT classes and additionally qualified as a fitness instructor.

He is mainly specialised in muscle gain and weight loss, therefore he strives for clients that are looking at long term, realistic muscle-based goals and progressive weight loss goals.
