Choose one of our private dining menus for your occasion. 

Our chefs have created a delicious menus for your celebrate in style at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa. Our elegant rooms offer the perfect space to entertain and you can choose from two options for your private dining. Both offer a drink on arrival with the Signature Menu offering more choice and canapes on arrival.

Classic Private Dining Menu

£40 per person

Choose the classic menu for your celebration for 10 to 180 guests. 
Please note we require pre-orders 2 weeks before your event.

On Arrival
A glass of prosecco or mimosa

Starters
Duck & rhubarb terrine, apple gel, endive leaves GF
Avocado & sun blushed tomato tian, sauce vierge VE GF

Mains
Celeriac & potato terrine, forest mushrooms, tarragon liquor, caramelised shallots VE GF
Roasted breast of cornfed chicken, fondant potato, confit shallot, burnt onion purée, cannelloni of leek, garlic and thyme jus GF

Desserts
Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake, raspberry gel, chocolate shard
Date & pear sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel ice cream VE

Signature Private Dining Menu

£50 per person

The signature dining menu offers a great choice for all your guests.
Please note we require pre-orders 2 weeks before your event.

Sun-dried tomato, olive tapenade, curried polenta cube

Poached salmon roulade, potato, gherkin & egg salad, lemon oil, keta caviar GF

Sweet potato & spiced lentil sour dough crostini, onion relish VE

Cod fillet, fondant potato, baby fennel, crab & cockle chowder GF

Slow cooked feather blade of beef, fine beans and carrots ribbons, truffle mash, oyster mushroom, baby onions, tarragon and red wine sauce
