Why did I become a fitness Instructor?

I have always been interested in sport from a young age and had been part of school teams. I then took up running and completed various charity runs and half marathons. I am also a keen follower of athletics. After being in the industry and enjoying it I wanted to further my knowledge on the nutrition side of things.

How do I differ from other trainers?

I am always looking to develop my knowledge of the industry and love to help people achieve their goals. I like to focus on helping people return to full health after knee and hip operations.
