Why did I become a fitness Instructor?
I have loved fitness since I was child. My obsession with working out continued through my teens and motivated me to attend university to study Health & Fitness. I still workout regularly and love to advise on all aspects of fitness and nutrition.
How do I differ from other trainers?
I’ve been studying and coaching Health & Fitness for nearly 30 years. My experience has given me the knowledge of what actually works and the fastest way to achieve any fitness goals.
