My motivation to become a Health and Fitness instructor

I have always been into fitness through dancing and performing. I put on a lot of weight when I was a teenager and after losing 2 and half stone I loved the feeling and wanted to help other people feel the same way about themselves. I love helping people feel more confident and achieving things they never thought they could.

How do I differ from other trainers?

I love coming up with new ideas and trying different ways to achieve my client's fitness goals. I always keep it fun and like changing things around so you never get bored - exercise should never be a chore!

Favourite Equipment/Exercises

Kettlebells are my favourite piece of equipment as there is so much you can do and you are working the whole body. I love doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) training personally as I found that worked best for me.
