We continued to work on reducing our carbon footprint and our efforts were rewarded in June 2010 with the prestigious gold award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme. In July we were also crowned “Green Restaurant of the Year” by Birmingham City Council. Our environmental policy will continue to be a focus for us - we trialled a food dryer that turns waste food into pellets to power fuel stations.

In 2010 we added an extra spa treatment room in order to cope with the demand for treatments.

As our 50th anniversary year, 2011 was a very happy and busy one for us. At the same time as celebrating, we continued with our programme of refurbishment to ensure that we offer our guests the very best of facilities, combined with our normal high standards of professional, friendly service to make your visit to Moor Hall a memorable one.
