We were recommended to stay at the Moor Hall for a “girls night in” after a friend of mine had taken advantage of the offer earlier on in the year. Well I can see why this place was recommended. Great service. Perfect venue. Lots of nooks and crannies. Great spa area, beautiful grounds. 26 hours well spent with friends. We were greeted by warm and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We spent time in the bar and patio area for lunch and afternoon drinks before taking advantage of the spa. We all met in our “girls night in” room where there were sofas, beanbags, tables, smart tv. Plenty of nibbles and the pizzas, chips and salad that arrived for us to share were amazing. Great idea where we could all hang out, listen to music and catch up, added bonus we didn’t disturb other guests! Buffet breakfast, once again great staff, plenty of choice and not rushed. Coffee and chats on the patio and a nice wellness walk to find the fairy doors. All in all couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic clean room, they even gave my boyfriend a happy birthday plate with message, chocolate and strawberries. The food was great and they have a good selection of vegetarian options. Would highly recommend.

Will definitely visit again. The whole hotel is well maintained and clean. The grounds are lovely the staff were all attentive. And the food at night was spot on. We even had truffles in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. We have already decided we’re staying for my birthday.

Staff were lovely, food was amazing - we had steak & a gorgeously presented dessert! Fabulous wine in beautiful settings. Spa was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a swim, jacuzzi, sauna & steam. We will definitely be back!

We have just spent a lovely night on a spa break at Moor Hall. Lovely facilities, restaurants, spa treatments and grounds. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. But it was the staff that really made it. Friendly, smiley and brilliant customer service. Great value for dinner, B&B with spa and treatments included. Highly recommended. Thoroughly enjoyed.

All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, we had particularly good service from house keeping and the restaurant. The food was delicious, chef's sauces were to die for. A really good choice but every dish was stunning. The spa and pool were also good. They were easy to use with great facilities and plenty of room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel with it's lovely grounds.

We went for our anniversary, the reception staff were brilliant and went above and beyond. The room was spotless and worth every penny, everything we needed was there including a nice gesture left by the staff to celebrate our anniversary. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet and perfect temperature, we had a great nights rest. Dinner was the best we had ever eaten, perfect steak and recommend the pork belly. The building is really nice, full of character and pool and spa areas are spotless. Our anniversary couldn't of gone any better. We will definitely be returning for a stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break.

The whole hotel is lovely, the sun was shining when we arrived, which gave a lovely look over the whole grounds. The room was fabulous overlooked the garden. The Spa was just right for what we needed. The food was great a lovely evening meal followed by a great breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds and surroundings with wood panelling throughout makes it feel really cosy. The four poster room did not disappoint and everything was clean and well appointed. The food in the main restaurant is superb and I particularly enjoyed the prawns and scallops starter and roast duck main course. We enjoyed sitting by the open fire for cocktails. The breakfast was just as good. The staff were all really friendly and the service was great.

What a lovely overnight stay for a spa break. The service was exemplary from reception, the spa, the bar and the Oak Brasserie. We were late arriving but still received ‘hot’ toast and tea. The food was great throughout. Every member of staff were excellent and we cannot recommend Moorhall enough

Just got back from a relaxing weekend at the Moor Hall Hotel and Spa. Great service in the Oak Room for our evening meal on Friday evening. Thank you to Jake and crew. Lovely place and peaceful setting. Room was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back!

I took my two daughters to the Taylor Swift afternoon tea event and they had such a good day.
The staff created a Taylor Swift inspired cocktail and a mocktail so the kids weren’t left out which was a great additional touch to our day! Taylor Swift herself or (Lauren) was absolutely fantastic,. The staff, service and experience as a whole was truly great, me and my family will definitely be returning.
