Our menu selector gives you the flexibility to create your own unique menu for your guests to enjoy, but if there is a favourite dish that you would particularly like, our chefs will be happy to help.
Please select one starter, one intermediate, one main course and one dessert to create your wedding menu. You are welcome to add a cheese platter as an additional course.
If you prefer any starter or dessert featured on our Gold or Platinum packages you can also swap for these instead. If you would like to swap any main courses from the Gold or Platinum packages there is a small supplement per person which is listed for your information.
