National Vegetarian Week – Monday 21st to Sunday 27th May
Moor Hall is proud to support National Vegetarian Week which aims to promote inspirational vegetarian food and the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle.
To celebrate National Vegetarian Week, diners at Moor Hall will receive 20% off all vegetarian dishes during the week – it’s the perfect excuse to try something new!

Wedding Open Day - Sunday 15th July 2012
Our Wedding Open Day is designed to give you a real taste of Moor Hall as a wedding venue. The Charter Suite will be fully dressed for a wedding breakfast with crisp linen, bright cutlery and gleaming glassware, a room will be set for a civil ceremony, you will be able to view the four poster bedrooms, wander the grounds and chat to our experienced wedding co-ordinators who can advise on every aspect of your special day.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream – Wednesday 1st August 2012
The Little English Theatre presents a magical open air production of Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night's Dream’ in the gardens at Moor Hall.
You will be carried away on a magical romp into the heart of the forest as this enchanting tale unfolds - under the moonlight, enemies fall in love, an actor becomes an ass, and the fairy kingdom battles over a servant boy. All because of a mischievous fairy called Puck...
Plenty of audience interaction and a little live music add the finishing touches to a magical evening of theatre under the stars, suitable for all the family.
The Bar and Hog Roast will be open from 6pm, and the production starts at 7.30pm.
Please note that this is an outdoor event....so do bring a blanket and a rain mac, just in case (umbrellas are not allowed). We also recommend bringing a waterproof picnic blanket, or better still, camping chairs.

Burns Night Celebration – Friday 25th January 2013
Join us on Friday 25th January as we celebrate the birthday of Scotland’s best loved bard. The evening includes all that is best from the north of the border: a traditional piper to escort the haggis, a delicious four course dinner with a Scottish flavour and dancing to an authentic ceilidh band.
