Day Delegate
Monday - Thursday
Includes hire of the meeting room, LCD projector, flip chart & pens, notepad and pens for delegates, use of a stationery box, cordials, mineral water and sweets, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel, arrival tea and coffee, mid morning coffee and biscuits, 3 course carvery lunch in the restaurant and afternoon tea & coffee with cakes.

Mondays & Fridays from £39 per delegate
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from £49 per delegate
Residential Delegate Package
Monday - Thursday
As the day delegate rate but including dinner in the restaurant, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast.

Reduced rates are available for conferences taking place on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. Please contact us for details.

The above delegate rates are based on a minimum number of 10 delegates, should numbers fall below the required minimum we reserve the right to adjust the cost accordingly.
