Accommodation
“Could you please pass on our thanks to your staff for making our stay with you last weekend an occasion to be remembered. Nothing was too much trouble, our every need was taken care of. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and comfortable, the food was excellent, the service superb and we were made so welcome. The weekend was also excellent value for money.
My sister and I, and our respective daughters would like to say a big 'thank you' to you and your staff.

“I had the good fortune to stay at one of your hotels on Saturday evening, Moor Hall. I organised a Burns Night on Saturday with a group of 36 of my friends, many of whom stayed over.
I would like to compliment you particularly on the attention that Joanne Newman paid to me through the whole process. From pre Christmas when I first made the enquiry right the way through to Saturday night.
The other member of staff who impressed all that attended was Nigel Preston. Nothing was too much trouble for him even to the extent of waving all off on Sunday morning.
They all went above and beyond our expectations and treated all of my party as if they were royalty.
I have organised many of these sorts of functions, although usually with higher numbers, and I would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and colleagues.
I will also not hesitate to use one of your hotels the next time I have an event to organise.
In these days of customers only ever contacting organisations when they have a problem I thought it would be nice to compliment you on the 2 members of staff that I came into close contact with.
However the rest of the staff that I came into contact with were also great ambassadors for your company too and if you have the process, could pass on my thanks and compliments to all of them. “

“I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel on January the 7th. I have just returned home with my partner and we both had a wonderful time. We stayed in room 77. I have to say that the hospitality of the staff was second to none. We were made to feel welcome and the kindness of your staff was warm and genuine. It was my partners 50th birthday and the room and lovely meal we had in the Country Kitchen were a surprise present from her two sons, who dined with us. We have both stayed in a number of hotels over the years and just recently we stayed at a well known chain and were very disappointed. I have to say you have restored our faith in hotels. On our departure the receptionist was so nice and asked if we had a nice time, to which we both replied, ‘brilliant’. Once again thanks. I hope to see you again in the near future.
